The Kwik Trip Tour of America's Dairyland is coming up in June, and Chris chats with Bill Koch, the executive director of the ToAD, about all things cycling. The ToAD is an 11 day event starting June 15th that spans 11 different cities in Wisconsin, and we talk about the origins of the event and how it's grown into cycling competition that has attracted riders from all around the world.
